5. Providing information on finance and other matters and referring you to the most appropriate sources for specialist advice (e.g. legal, property check, etc) as required.
6. Writing up of an offer to purchase.
7. Negotiation with the vendor(s) and their sales person.
8. Successful completion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
